Alloa Park
Our Alloa Park development can only be described as an idyllic location, offering space and seclusion with a rural aspect on the edge of Alloa with views of the historic Clackmannan Tower and the River Forth. This picturesque Clackmannanshire town, just across the Firth of Forth from Stirling, provides a small town quality of life yet at the same time boasts easy access to the main transport networks of the Central Belt. Stirling city centre is only 10 minutes drive away - even less if you take the new train link from Alloa's nearby rail station - and the new Clackmannan Bridge has cut journey times to Glasgow and the south.
The town has three major supermarkets, one just a stone's throw from the development and there is a great selection of independent shops on the High Street. Alloa is popular with families due to its leisure facilities - from swimming and a multi gym to bowling and squash - and its supply of nurseries and primary schools. The local secondary school, Alloa Academy, has recently been completely re-built to provide the latest teaching facilities. Dollar Academy and Beaconhurst School are the local independent schools and further education is available locally at Clackmannan College.
The stunning outdoor environment is one of the area's main attractions and offers breathtaking views whether you're playing golf at one of the three local clubs or just out enjoying the fresh air.
